TERMS OF USE

We strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your products or Service, please contact us immediately.

• For use by Calix Employees ONLY—not for use by customers, contractors, outside vendors, etc.
• Contractors will not be approved for use.
• Sales Employees—if ordering for quarterly allocation of customer promo items, make sure you have received your authorized PO # from Calix prior to order. This website should NOT be used to make purchases for customers unless you have relevant leader authorization.
• Plan in advance!!!! Place your order no later than two weeks before you need it and allow for shipping times. Be aware–sales tax and shipping will be added to your order.

Two payment methods are available:

• Personal Credit Card— If payment is from personal funds and is for items for personal use, no pre-approval from a leader is required. If the purchase is to be expensed, pre-approval by the relevant leader is required.
• Calix Purchase Order—Pre-approval is required, along with a valid PO to be sent to the vendor prior to an order.

• Order Modifications Policy—Once payment process has been completed, no further
modifications to an order may be made.

Return Policy

• Returned merchandise will be accepted for the following reasons: manufacturer defect, flawed logo, order fulfillment error, or incorrect size. All other sales are FINAL.
• You will have 3 business days to request a product return. Returns for size will only be accepted and replaced if product has not been worn. Replacement items returned for defect will be replaced without additional shipping charges.
• Purchaser will be responsible for return and replacement shipping costs if wrong size was originally ordered.

Cancellation Policy

Once payment process has been completed, no order cancellationswill be accepted.

• Mis-use of the site will revoke your privileges.
• Please see Calix Standard Internet policies for use of site.
• All logowear and promotional items have been approved by Calix Corporate Marketing. No contraband logo items should be produced or purchased outside of this website. If you have recommendations on items to be added to the site, use the “Contact Us” functionality
  available on the website.

• If you have a problem with or questions about your order, please use the “Contact Us” functionality available on the website.
